Legend is back!!

 The Premier League was resumed in early September. It is been about a month since it started. During that time, there were various changes. A person has returned to Tottenham to be called legend. That person is Gareth Bale. He is a player who was active in Tottenham about 10 years ago. Until last season, he was playing prestigious Spain "Real Madrid". He is from Wales and is also Welsh national football player. He is 31 years old this year and is gradually approaching retirement in terms of ages. Opening the Premire League

Finally the Premier League finally opened.
I was very tired of  wating for the opening of the Premier League. And people all over the world, too. A lot of people were waiting for the Premier League to open.

But there were some changes in the opening league. Premier League resumed from June 17th. It will be held for about a month until July 26th. That month will be an unaided match. In modern terms, it could be called a "Remote Game". In the actual game, the sound souurce is played by a machine to give a realistic feeling. But I think I'll enjoying it anyway.

Also during the game, a water supply time is provided once in the first half and second half. Each bottle is prepared individually.  The Premier League put a lot of effort into preventing infectious.

And there is something that the entire Premier League is working on.
It is an approach to anti-racism. Before the match begins, all players kneel down and pray to eliminate discrimination. There are several others. I'll give you another example.
A common keyword is written above the uniform numbers of all players. Keyword is this.
"Black Lives Matter". This word is against anti-black discrimination. That keyword means in Japanese "黒人の命は大事".

The Premier League

Nowadays, professional soccer leagues around the world are shutting down due to the Coronavirus. Meanwhile, some soccer leagues are set to be restarted. The Premier League that I always see is one of them.

The Premier League is scheduled to resume ater June 19th. Practice is allowed to resume from the 19th of this month. However, there are some rules.

・First of all, as I said, practice is prohibited until the 19th. There are also some things that are fixed in practice. 

・Players are prohibited from tackling while playing. 

・Thorougly disinfect with alcohol in the field. 

・Groups are limited to 5 people.

In this way, vaious rules are set. However, some people are against the resumption of this the Premier League.
One person is the mayor of London. The mayor of London said, 

"The country is facing a virus crisis. The resumption in the capital London may be too early."  

Certainly, people are waiting for the soccer league to resume. However, the world is still in danger of Coronavirus. I also want to resume the Premier League. But it is also important to wait for the Coronavirus to calm down.

Shinji Ono

Today I will recomend the professional soccer player from Japan,  Shinji Ono. His video on Insatgram became a hot topic while refrain from going out. Here is the video of him. You can see the technique that this former Japan representaive showed. We can see some opinion about him on Instagram. For example,"I can't understand enough." And "I think it looks really cool. It was like a magnet."
Ono belongs to Ryukyu FC in the Japanase socccer league. He is called a legend in Japan.  Unfotunately, professional football leagues are closed both in Japan and foreign countries. I'm looking forward to the opening of the profssional soccer league and I the Corona turnoil calm down. I am looking forward to Shinji Ono's future success.

Takumi Minamino

Today I will introduce a Japanese professional soccer player.

He is Takumi Minamino, and he is 24 years old. Now he is a member of club "FC Redbull Salzburg". This club is in Austria and belongs to the Bundesliga. Minamino became a professional soccer player in a foreign country when he was 19 years old. And he is also a representative member soccer player in Japan. He is a new player of whom great things are expected.

Recently there was some news about him. He will move to Liverpool this winter. I was very surprised to hear that news.
Liverpool is an overwhelmingly strong team, and this team is in first place in the Premier League. Why did Liverpool get Minamino? I think the reason was a game between Salzburg and Liverpool in the Champions League. He was brilliant in this match. Please watch this video.

A new coach!!!

A new coach came to our team, the Tottehnam Hotspur. He is Jose Mourinho.  He is also a famous soccer coach around the world. Before coming to Tottenham Hotspur FC, he coached to many famous soccer clubs. For instance, he coached Chelsea FC in England, Inter FC and Real Madrid in Spain. He is the only coach who got the award of UEFA Team of the Year four times. He has gotten Champion many times and in many Soccer Leagues. And he is known as a great commander by many people. After he took the position as a coach of Tottenham Hotspur FC, they get off to a good start. The results of three games with him as coach, is that they are the winner three games. Since he came, this team's atmosphere has clearly changed. They were in bad condition until just the other day. Mourinho has a wonderful power. So I think "Wow!! Just like a great commander". This change is so big. I'm really looking forward to how this change will affect the rankings.


The next game of Tottenham Hotspur FC is tomorrow. They play against against a strong club, "Manchester United". Now I just want the Tottenham Hotspur FC to win.



















My record

My second favorite team in PL.

I will introduce my second favorite team in the Premier League. It is the Manchester City FC. This team captured the Premier League last year. There are many talented players in Manchester City FC. And there have a terror of a coach. So I will talk about one of my favorite player and coach. This team's coach is Guardiola. He is from Spain. He is used to coach in an overwhelmingly strong team. For example, he coached FC Barcelona in Spain and Bayern Munchen in Germany. His ability of coach is so nice, because these strong teams  carried their clubs to victory many times. Before he was a representative player in Spain. And then he gots a gold medal in Barcelona Olympics. He was a great soccer player and now he is a great coach.

Next, I will introduce my favorite player in Manchester City. He is Kevin De Bruyne. I think he is a high quality player. Because he is good at a place kicking, shooting, passing, and dribbling. He has a wide field of visions. He can use  abilities. He can get through the perfect pass. It is the biggest threat when De Bruyne at the enemy. So I call him "High Quality Soccer Machine". This season Manchester City a second place in Premier League ranking. But Manchester City has many good players, so I guess that Manchester City will be the Champion this season and win two consective years.

The Red Devils!!

There was a team that Liverpool had been beating consecutively since season the opener. It was Liverpool's nemesis "Manchester United". Manchester United is a very historic team in England. In the past, Japan's representative Shinji Kagawa was on the team. Manchester United is a top team, but this season they have  continued to be unsuccessful, and league ranking dropped to 13th. Liverpool was expected to beat Manchester United. However, they were overturned and they did not win but they were drawn to the league's first team and played a valuable game.

Among such Manchester United, there was a young player who stood out. It's "Daniel James". He is a midfielder and he can play both in the center and at the side. Although, he is a small player, he has  powerfull dribbling ability and his playing is very attractive. In Liverpool game, Manchester United scored. That scene is in this video. If you are interested, you nust watch this video. James rushed to the side and the Manchester United striker "Marcus Rushford" got ahead well. After this, Liverpool's onslaught  decided and a tie decided. I think there are few players who can stop James when he is in good condition. He is a young player who is only 21 years old and we have great expectations for him. However he is active not only as a club player but also as a representive of Wales football. I expect very much from him from now on. Can Manchester United regain its former glory with this momentum? I want to pay attention to the James and Manchester United in the coming weeks.

Undefeated team from the opening match

Today I will introduce the team that has won many time in the Premier League. Eight games have passed since the Premier League opened. In such a situation, there is a team that boasts all win and reigns in first place. It is Liverpool FC, characterized by a red uniform. Liverpool FC won the UEFA champions league last season and finished first in Europe. Why is Liverpool so strong? I want to tell you the secret.

The impact of 3 forward players and 1 defense players seems to be very large. The three forward players are Sadio Mane, Robert Firmino, and Mohamed Salah. They have high personal abilities and cannot see the bottom when they work together. Liverpool boasts the most aggressive power in the Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur FC!!

I will write about European football in my blog. I have been playing soccer since elementary school. I still belong to a soccer team for adults in Yokosuka. I love watching and playing soccer, so I wanted to share my favorite things with everyone. I will be happy if everyone is interested. Today I will introduce my favorite football team, Tottenham Hotspur FC in North London. This club belongs to the English Premier League. This team is a strong club in the upper division. And last season they were in the UEFA Champions League. They that finished in second place in a big tournament of powerful European football club. Next, I would like to introduce two of my favorite players.

First, I will introduce the England National team player, Harry Kane. He is a forward player with excellent physical condition and sense. He was the top scorer in the Premier League. This is my personal opinion, but he looks a little like my English teacher, Kevin.. So my frist impression of Kane was that he looked like Kevin. This very serious ,and hard-working personality is attractive.

 

Second, I will introduce the Belgium National team player, Toby Alderweireld. He is a defensive player. He is a clever player who can make accurate passes and always judge calmly. And he is the most handsome, and a nice dad. It seems that women in the world are falling in love with him. I really want to be such a person. There are many other players.
